This is true, but in reality what happens a team has estimated that 40 points of work is need to reach the point that management has requested, for a 30point capacity sprint, it always ends up being a discussion with the team about “scaling down estimation” and never a discussion about “how do we break it to management that what they have requested is impossible to achieve”
